1. What’s the process?
Step 1: design (according to your image), or you can give us your design;
Step 2: Sampling and confirmation
Step 3: Quote, confirm ship out date and contract signing
Step 4: Material sourcing
Step 5: PB Sample
Step 6: Mass production
Step 7: Finished goods sample one week prior to due day.
Step 8: Shipment
2. What’s the minimum quantity for order?
1000 pieces per model and colour.
3. How much time is needed for the whole process?
It depends on the time spent for each step. Normally a timeline is committed during contracting phase and our factory needs to fulfil the lead time upon contract.
4. What’s the shipping port?
Our default shipping port is Shenzhen, China. It can be any other ports in China, however, certain transportation fees might occur.
5. What’s the quality guarantee?
We’ve been supplying world known brands across the globe for more than 15 years. On top of that, we have an in house QC team for internal audit as well as accepting external on site audit.
6. Is there any sample fee?
A sample fee is charged at the time of request. However, it might be absorbed and deducted from total fees if you placed an order with us.
7. What’s your environment standard?
All bags can be LGS tested upon request. As part of our social responsibility, we are committed to continuously improve our environment throughout the manufacturing process.
8. What’s the payment terms?
Down payment is required after signing contract and before we purchased materials. The remaining balance is required at shipment.
